For delivery within the UK:
All orders over £100.00 are sent FREEPOST automatically. Orders under £100.00 incur a postage charge of £2.95 per order.
We use Royal Mail "1st Class" for packets (up to 2 kgs) and Royal Mail "Standard Parcels" for parcels over 2 Kgs.
(We don't use "Royal Mail 2nd class" as the difference in price is negligible, and the service is often unreliable).
If your complete order is 'in stock' at the time of ordering, it is usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment (Monday to Friday). We aim to post orders received before 3pm the same working day, but at certain very busy times (Start of term - particularly September - and the run-up to Christmas) we cannot guarantee that your parcel will leave within 24 hours. We process orders strictly in the order we receive them.
For delivery outside the UK:
We send overseas orders by AIRMAIL (typical delivery times are Europe = 5-7 days, Rest of World = 7-10 days). For orders within Europe we charge a flat rate of £6.95 per order. Orders outside of Europe (Rest of World) are charged at a flat rate of £10.95 per order.

If, however, you do have a genuine problem with your purchase once it has been received, under the Distance Selling Act you will be allowed to return the goods for up to 30 days after taking receipt of them. Please contact us by phone or email and ask for a "Returns Number" and quote this clearly in a covering letter using our original packaging (if possible) to protect the goods. Please be aware that to receive a full credit/refund, returns MUST arrive with us in a good, re-sellable condition (without missing parts etc.) with a valid Returns Number. Postage and Packing charges for returns will be met by the customer unless goods are either dispatched (by us) in error or arrive damaged.
